Trio à la Joie | Nov 2019
The anniversaries of great composers are the usual excuse for the programs of Trio à la Joie, which combine celebrated arias, duets, songs and pieces for piano. With no other motto than this, the likelihood that we will be faced with real treasures that have been submerged in the history of music greatly increases. In a program that highlights the 200th anniversary of Clara Schumann's birth and the presence of the Portuguese composers Lopes-Graça and Francisco de Lacerda, the trio affirms its versatility while simultaneously celebrating the birthday of a contemporary, Luís Tinoco.
